ArkCase FOIA and You
User roles—such as the out of the box roles – external, consumer, contributor, supervisor, administrator—will vary by organization. Your role and your organization’s configured roles in ArkCase FOIA will affect your user experience—page titles and fields, required information, business workflow, and access to request-related content. Reviewing and setting up Role Based Access Control (RBAC) is a fundamental part of using ArkCase. Setting up RBAC can be done in the Administration module.
