The Feedback button is available in the ArkCase FOIA application on the middle right of each page. The Feedback functionality allows ArkCase FOIA application users to submit any and all helpdesk tickets or support bugs directly to the ArkCase FOIA customer support team.
Steps to file a Feedback Ticket:
- Click on the Feedback button
- In the “What went wrong?” section, enter in a detailed description of the issue/bug, and detailed steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.
- Upload a screenshot to support the issue description, if applicable.
- Enter your name and email
- Then click submit
Once the Feedback ticket is submitted, a representative from the ArkCase FOIA Customer Support team will contact you.
