You can provide feedback on ArkCase FOIA using the Support Request button available on each page.

File a Support Request

  1. Click the Support Request button.
  2. In the “What went wrong?” section, enter a detailed description of the issue/bug, and detailed steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.
  3. Upload a screenshot to support the issue description, if applicable.
  4. Enter your name and email.
  5. Click Submit.

Once the ticket is submitted, a representative from the ArkCase FOIA Customer Support team will contact you.
