VIENNA, Va, December 1, 2021—The Department of Justice INTERPOL Washington, U.S. National Central Bureau has enabled ArkCase’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) solution. ArkCase FOIA will help DOJ INTERPOL streamline their FOIA request process to increase efficiency for the 200 requests it processes, on average, per year. ArkCase FOIA allows DOJ INTERPOL to grow efficiently as their FOIA request demand increases.

ArkCase FOIA met all of DOJ INTERPOL’s needs by providing a single product for request processing to include document review, redaction and approval workflow. Additionally, with the flexibility and extensibility of ArkCase FOIA, DOJ INTERPOL can change and flex with changes to FOIA laws in the government space.
