VIENNA, VA, April 24, 2020—The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced the launch of ArkCase software to process and track Freedom of Information Act requests. Currently, the EEOC receives on average 18,000 FOIA requests annually. With the implementation of ArkCase, the EEOC will have increased response time, a reduced risk of lost information and the ability to search for critical information among FOIA requests.
