Timesheet Configuration
Specify timesheet properties and add/edit charge roles and cost that will display on the timesheet form.
Update Timesheet Properties
By default, all timesheet properties will be checked.
- Choose Use Approval Workflow to send timesheets through the workflow automatically.
- Choose Timesheets should be added to the Billing table when finalized to add to the Billing table automatically when approved or finalized.
Configure Charge Role
Note: To create a new charge role, see Lookups under Application.
1. Click the button. The Timesheet Configuration window opens.
2. Select a charge role, rate, and make the entry active.
3. Now click the button to save the new charge role.
Edit an Existing Charge Role
1. Click the button. The Timesheet Configuration window opens.
2. Edit the charge rate or select Active or Inactive.
3. Click .
Costsheet Configuration
The costsheet configuration allows authorized users the ability to specify costsheet properties.
Update Costsheet Properties
By default, all costsheet properties will be checked.
- Choose Use Approval Workflow to send costsheet through an approval workflow.
- Choose Costsheets should be added to the Billing table when finalized if costsheets will be added to the Billing table automatically when approved or finalized.
