The ArkCase team had the pleasure of welcoming both client and partner representatives as attendees to its ArkCase Basic/Advanced Admin User Training in Vienna, Virginia from June 10th – 14th, 2019. Over the course of the five days, participants took a hands-on approach towards learning how to administrate and develop on the ArkCase platform, covering topics such as installation, configuration, building workflow, creating reports, and extending the product.
As a part of our day 1 curriculum, participants were able to share their priorities and expectations for the training allowing the instructors to provide a tailored and personalized experience for each attendee throughout the week. For some participants, integrating ArkCase with their own product was of paramount importance while, for others, learning about how to administrate ArkCase from a front-end/non-technical perspective was most important. For another group, administrating ArkCase and extending the product was their main objective.
Regardless of the individual’s primary reason for attending this training, 100% of the attendees agreed that the instructors were incredibly helpful and that they left the training with an increased understanding of how to administrate and develop on the ArkCase platform easily and effectively.
Throughout the week, the ArkCase training team received numerous comments related to the topics covered, with 100% of the attendees agreeing that the pace of the workshop was appropriate and that they were able to learn and hone the skills necessary to administrate ArkCase. The deep-dive into ArkCase’s product stack enabled the individuals to learn and grow into the ArkCase case management system administrators and developers they seek to become.
This will prove invaluable to both our clients and partners as we continue to explore how ArkCase can support a variety of case management contexts, including incident management, investigative management, legal management, correspondence management, and public record requests/Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
Our next ArkCase training will take place from October 28-November 1, 2019 graciously hosted by our partner, Armedia LLC.
