Case calendar events not showing up for followers Ann created a case. She owns it.
Sally was asked to approve the ‘change case status’. As Sally, I went in and reviewed all of the info. As a user, I expected to see the case calendar. (keep in mind that it wouldn’t make sense for Sally to have a shared calendar in outlook…she just wanted to see what had been going on).
Spoke to Matt, he believes that Sally has to be at least a follower to see the case calendar. (seems odd to me, but I went ahead and added her as a follower). Unfortunately, she still cannot see the case calendar for the case in which she is trying to close.

This is a bug. A user shouldn’t need to be an assignee. I might be able to be convinced that the concept of the user must be a follower of the case to see those details..but I’m wondering why we have that strict of a business rule for the case, where non-followers can see everything else in the case? Doesn’t seem like consistent logic to me. I vote to discuss this in a meeting.

LDAP r/w access does not work with SAML/SSO profile Any attempt to modify LDAP objects (users or groups) when using {{ssoSaml}} Spring profile is impossible, since the Spring beans necessary to do that are not defined in that Spring profile, but only in {{ldap}}, {{kerberos}} and {{externalAuth}} profiles.

{{$DIRECTORY_authenticate}} (and possibly other related beans) should be defined outside specific Spring profiles (such as {{$DIRECTORY_ldapSyncJob}}, for instance)

Bad icon presentation – CSS issue Please check presentation of “edit” and “delete” icons. There is different issues…Sometimes both icons are same (“edit” icon), sometimes only “edit” or only “delete” icon is displayed and they are not same for all nodes in Admin module. Please see SS.
It is very strange that presentation is changing on “refresh”

User management: warning on nearing password expiration I hope the password expiration date is a field that can be queried like any other LDAP field. I’m not sure OpenLDAP and Active Directory use the same field.

When the current date is within 10 days prior to the password expiration, then somehow notify the user on login… I don’t know if we have a way to show a modal dialog right after login… if not then maybe just a message window.

Show as XML option in Report and Audit module takes user to Authentication Required… When I login to ArkCase Dev and select Audit module from the Navigation Bar, I am taken to Audit.

When I check the box Show as XML and click ‘Generate Audit Report’, I receive a popup where ‘Authentication Required’. Is this expected behavior?

Here’s why I ask….
This core change in Audit module, Show as XML, occurred after BACTES Release 4 Sprint 2. This feature exist in all Sharecare environments except PROD which is running R4 Sprint 2.

In DEV, TEST, and PrePROD, the behavior is the same if less than 3 days are selected and Show as XML is checked. Anything after 3 days, receive the infamous timeout message.

My question is… was this new Audit feature thoroughly tested? We are trying to determine if this new feature is stable or will it cause the users to create BUGS for inconsistent behavior.

AFDP-3944 Alert Authentication Problems If/when authentication stops working due to invalid credentials, the system should highlight the affected system user in the admin panel, and inform the system admin to take appropriate action by updating the password or assigning a different system user.

Also users accessing objects with calendar folders associated with system user whose credentials are no longer valid, should be presented with a message, so they can contact the system administrator to address the issue.
