You can specify which reports user roles have access to.
- Select Reports Configuration. The current report authorizations opens.
- Select a report, then choose which roles are authorized to use the report.
To create custom reports, click + Report Designer in the table header. See Reports for more information.
Use Report Scheduliing to automatically email reports to user(s).
- Select the report to be scheduled.
- Enter the Recurrence, Start Date, End Date, Results Filter Start Date, Results Filter End Date, Output Format, and Email Address.
