The next thing I want to show is that I prepared here some data sources for trend reports that show how FOIA requests are growing over time as stated here. And I have daily, weekly, and monthly. I will choose weekly because based on this, I will create a new interactive report and one analysis report that is not tabular. So let’s see how that will go.

We don’t want default aggregation — those are already aggregated through the query. We can do aggregation through interactive report as well if we don’t do it in the query. And I think that is bringing good info about this from the same data source.
Now I will create — and that was this report. So here are measures and dimensions and we can create a tabular report like previously. But we don’t want to do that. We want to create a chart. So we switch to chart format and it’s selected column. We will put in X this week start and in the measures we will put those two measures. I will switch the order because we want to see the progress, the trend of adding requests to the system. So this ad hoc module is capable of doing this analysis reports as well.
