VIENNA, Va, September 24, 2021—The ArkCase Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPP) solution is being implemented by Victoria Police of Victoria, British Columbia. The Victoria Police will be using ArkCase’s FOIPP solution to execute an improved, efficient case management system to process Freedom of Information requests.

With the implementation of ArkCase FOIPP, the Victoria Police Department will be able to improve management of Freedom of Information inquiries through increased response time, reduced risk of lost information and the ability to search for critical information among FOIPP requests. The flexibility and extensibility of ArkCase also allows the Victoria Police Department to easily adapt to any future FOIPP changes.

“We’re looking forward to working with the Victoria Police department,” stated Ray Azarm, Vice President of Enterprise. “Our software will allow the Victoria Police department to provide a simpler and quicker process for the public to access the information it requests.”
