The Request Status portal page allows requesters to check the status of their previously submitted requests.
On the Request Status page, requesters enter the request number, requester last name, or the Request Tracking ID.
If any results are found, the results will show in the table below the search criteria.
When the request is released, the requester receives an email.
The link opens the request status page and the request number is pre-populated.
The requester can download the request document(s).
