ArkCase creates a system record, an event, when actions are taken in the ArkCase application. You and other users are informed of events that are created for those complaints, cases, tasks, etc. real-time. The events can be seen in the history section of each complaint, case, and task. In addition, events can be seen in the notifications module and subscriptions module.

Notifications

ArkCase automatically creates a notification when you are assigned, or un-assigned, ownership of a complaint, case, or task.

To view all your notifications, open the Notifications module.

ArkCase Events

When you open the Notifications module, ArkCase performs a pre-defined search. You do not define criteria before running the search, the results automatically consist of all your notifications. To restructure the cumulative results, you can focus the list (using keyword-search), narrow the list (using filters), and sort the list (by column data).

Subscriptions

As permissions and restrictions allow, you can elect to subscribe to (follow) complaints, cases, and tasks. When you do, ArkCase creates for you a record of each action taken on the item you are following.

Use the  subscribe Subscribe button to create a subscription, and the unsubscribe buttonUnsubscribe button to cancel a subscription.

To view your subscription events, open the Subscriptions module.

Subscriptions module

When you open the Subscriptions module, ArkCase performs a pre-defined search. You do not define criteria before running the search, the results automatically consist of all your subscription events. To restructure the cumulative results, you can focus the list (using keyword-search), narrow the list (using filters), and sort the list (by column data).
