Your user profile lists your system roles, lets you enter contact information, location information, and a profile picture and signature. You can also manage your subscriptions.
View Your Profile
1. Click the arrow next to your user name.
2. Select Profile.
Your Profile page opens. The first time you open it, the page will look similar to the example below.
The Profile displays your name and e-mail address. You will add the missing (Unknown) information.
View Security Groups
Your security groups will show in the Groups Section directly under your Profile picture on the Profile page. The group(s) that are listed there control your Role Based Access Control (RBAC) that allows your specific privileges and access in the application. You can not modify your groups in the system. They are modified in the user directory application, such as LDAP.
Update Your Profile
You can return to your profile page at any time to update professional details as changes occur, for example, change to your title or role, which appears in the ArkCase Profile frame when you are logged in, or changes to your contact information. (Updating Your Profile)
Update Picture
1. Click the Change Picture. Browse to the picture you want to upload.
2. When the file name appears in the File name field, click Open. The image is added to your profile.
Acceptable image file formats are .jpeg/jpg, .png, and .gif.
Update Other Content
You can modify the content that is shown in blue text.
1. Click on the value . An inline editable text box will open.
2. Enter the updated information and then click the save button.
Update Signature
1. Click the Change Signature.
2. Browse to the signature image you want to use.
3. When the file name appears in the File name field, click Open. The image is added to your profile.
View/Delete Subscriptions
View Subscriptions
1. Click your name in the profile space to open the Profile pop-up menu. Click to select Profile.
2. When your profile page opens, scroll down to the Subscriptions section to view all Subscriptions.
Delete Subscriptions
Scroll down to the Subscriptions section to view all Subscriptions.
Delete one row at a time with the icon or select multiple Subscriptions and click the ‘Unsubscribe Selected’ action.
