The new People and Organization modules provide flexible contact management functionality. New contacts can be added from Complaints, Case Files, and Forms.

  • Users can merge existing Peoples or Organizations.
  • People(s) can be associated with many Organization(s). Organization(s) can be associated with many People(s).
